TV streaming buffers or will not load

Wi-Fi, connection load, the app or the streaming provider may be involved.

Never open TVs or power supplies. Stop using them if there is a burning smell, smoke or crackling. Do not disconnect power during an update.

Try a different app or video. Use another device to check the affected provider for an outage.
Fully close the app and restart the TV using its restart function. Do not disconnect power during an update.
Pause your own large downloads. If possible, test over Ethernet; if that works, check Wi-Fi coverage.
Install app or TV updates only through official menus with reliable power. Before signing out or reinstalling, make sure you know your sign-in details.
