Printer is offline – Printer reports no connection

Windows cannot reach the selected printer or the queue is offline/paused.

For paper jams, open only user-accessible panels described in the manual. Allow hot parts to cool; use no tools or force. Do not delete other people’s jobs on shared printers.

Check power, display, paper and connection. PC and WiFi printer should be on the same normal network.
Open Settings → Printers and Scanners → your printer → Print Queue. If offered, uncheck Use Printer Offline or Pause Printing in the Printer menu.
Use the detailed printer instructions to clear stuck jobs and then print a single test page. If you have network printers in the office, ask IT.

Test after each step and stop when the issue is solved. Checkmarks are not permanently saved.
