Data cannot be read without errors.

Stop using a drive with unusual noises, read errors or data loss. Do not format, initialise or repair speculatively; seek qualified recovery advice.

If the error only occurs during a download, download the file again from an official source.
Check the condition of an installation medium; Before creating a new one, make sure that the USB stick will be deleted.
