0x0000011B – Connection to shared printer failed

Windows printer shares may involve different update levels, drivers or security settings.

For paper jams, open only user-accessible panels described in the manual. Allow hot parts to cool; use no tools or force. Do not delete other people’s jobs on shared printers.

Check whether the printer on the releasing PC prints itself and whether this PC is switched on.
Update Windows on both PCs involved and then restart them; Include IT in the company network.
Do not copy printer security registry mitigations from forums. Only use a direct network connection if the printer supports it and it is approved.

Test after each step and stop when the issue is solved. Checkmarks are not permanently saved.
