Bluetooth does not connect
Connect headphones, mouse and other devices
Read the complete step before making changes. Stop if unsure or if new warnings appear.
Charge the accessory and turn it on. Windows 11: Settings → Bluetooth and devices. Windows 10: Settings → Devices → Bluetooth and other devices. Turn on Bluetooth. If the switch is missing, the PC may not have a Bluetooth adapter or the driver may be missing.
According to the manufacturer's instructions, press and hold the pairing button until the indicator flashes accordingly. If necessary, disconnect the accessory from the cell phone so that it is not already connected to something else.
In the Bluetooth settings, select “Add device” → Bluetooth and then your device. Compare displayed codes if necessary. Keep your PC and accessories close to each other during this time.
If the connection still fails, just remove this device in the Bluetooth settings and pair it again. If you have a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard, have an alternative input option ready beforehand. Do not delete unknown devices or drivers.
